Do your bikes come assembled?
For bikes ordered online for delivery, these will arrive in a box with about 20% of the assembly required upon unpacking. We have detailed videos showing the steps for assembly on our Youtube channel.

For bikes purchased in person at our Burleigh Heads Showroom, we do offer an assembly service for a fee. Drop in or contact us for more information regarding this service.

How long is your warranty?
All RFN and Surron Electric Motorcyles come backed by a 1 Year Nation wide warranty. So you can ride worry free always!

Shipping
How does my bike come delivered?
All our E-Bikes come securely boxed and are shipped 80% assembled and do require some assembly.
Should you need assistance you can checkout our Tutorials & Tips page for assembly videos or you can also refer to a store near you for bike builds and service.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard shipping normally takes 3-5 days. Express shipping is available on all small domestic orders (for an additional charge).
Bulky freight such as E-Bikes will typically take substantially longer to deliver as more manual handling is required so with this in mind on average to most major cities is approx a 5-10day's. For more rural areas, NT, WA or TAS you could expect to see 14 days or more for your order to arrive.
International shipping times depend on the products and destination.
